BLUE RIBBON TRAINING PROGRAM
Blue Ribbon Fitness, created by certified trainer Jordan Alexander has been helping people lose weight, improve athletic performance, and get in amazing shape for over 12 years. The program blends a carefully structured strength & conditioning program, with custom nutrition plans to keep the body burning fat and building muscle with every session. For those looking to improve athletic performance, we have over 10 years working with high school and college athletes and can create the perfect program for any sport or athletic event.

TRAINING SERVICES
Semi - Private
Semi Private Training is available only in full hour sessions. This is for individuals who would like to train with a friend or family member, but still have the trainers sole attention and focus. Additional benefit to training with a friend or loved one is it can leverage the cost making it more affordable in the long run.
Group Training
Group Training is a one hour high energy workout designed to be the perfect blend of strength and conditioning. This program is perfect for those who thrive in a group environment and love to bring the energy! Group classes are a fun way to get the body moving and burning calories! Most of our group classes are held outdoors, and most equipment is provided
Online Training
Online Training is changing up everything, and in a good way, because now we can help anyone anywhere achieve their health goals. We offer private and group training sessions via zoom 5 days a week, and we also have an affordable mobile app that syncs with you apple watch, fitbit, and myfitnesspal app so we can stay on track of everything! Our online services are available on monthly programs, contact us for our trial offer!
