Semi-private personal training—also known as buddy training—lets you train alongside a friend, family member, or co-worker while still getting the focused coaching and customized programming of a one-on-one session. Each session is designed for strength, fat loss, and muscle building, with personalized adjustments to match your fitness level and goals. If you feed off energy, community, and a little friendly competition, our Large Group Outdoor Training sessions are made for you. These high-intensity outdoor workouts deliver the perfect mix of strength, conditioning, and cardio, giving you a full-body burn that keeps you coming back for more. Led by an elite coach, every class is designed to challenge all fitness levels while keeping things fun, fast-paced, and results-driven.

 

Training in a group pushes you to go harder, stay consistent, and celebrate progress together. You’ll build endurance, burn fat, and increase strength—all while connecting with an incredible fitness community that motivates you to bring your best every time.

 

Classes are held seasonally in Arcadia, CA, often under the lights at the Arcadia High School football field, two nights a week at 7 PM. Don’t miss your chance to train outdoors and transform your fitness in a supportive, electric atmosphere.

Our Youth Athletic Training Program gives young athletes the foundation they need to perform at their best, stay injury-free, and develop lifelong strength, confidence, and discipline. Led by an expert strength and conditioning coach, each session focuses on speed, agility, power, and proper movement mechanics to help your athlete unlock their full potential.

 

Whether your child is just getting started or already excelling in their sport, our sports performance coaching adapts to their skill level to maximize results. We prioritize form, safety, and progression—so every session builds a stronger, faster, and more resilient athlete.
